At Float Into Wellness the Salt & Sauna Lounge, we even use salt in our Infrared Saunas! The Sauna Cabin includes over 40 pounds of Himalayan Salt Bricks so that you receive the amazing health benefits from both the powerful Himalayan Salt and the Infrared Sauna technology all in one. When you are feeling sore or achy, or just in need of a good detoxification (physical or mental) our Infrared Sauna Cabin can provide everything you need. Sauna Sessions are great on their own, but we find they also are the perfect add-on to any float or salt session.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared Saunas use the safe and effective power of infrared heat to detoxify and promote healing in the body. Our Infrared Sauna goes one step further, with the inclusion of 40 lbs of Himalayan Salt that function to release negative ions into your session. Negative ions are known to reduce pollutants and promote a calmer, happier disposition in the people who breathe it. Unlike traditional Saunas which are claustrophobic and suffocating, Infrared Saunas provide a dry, yet very powerful heat so you can relax easily and have a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Our Sauna

The Infrared Sauna Cabin is located in its own private Sauna Suite. The Sauna Cabin, where you sit for your session, is spacious and can sit two people comfortably (if you choose to include a guest, that is). Also includes over 40lbs of Himalayan salt, a music player and a magazine rack. Within the suite, where the cabin is located, you have two changing benches, a large mirror and a shower room that is stocked with body wash, fresh towels and more.
